Francis Joseph has more than 20 years of management experience in school education including academics, human resources, technology, organisational development, operation and strategy planning. He has extensively established, managed and operated schools with a large educational group. He is also instrumental in developing many technological initiatives and revolutionary practices in schools, both in India and abroad.

Dr. Anju Bendon is a high academic achiever who is closely involved with children. She is a highly involved parent who works closely with the Parent Teacher Group at Altrincham Private School - Manchester UK.

Major Tom Job has served in the Indian Army for over 8 years and is presently a trainer for the elite NSG Commandos. He advises SWIS on confidence and strategy-building activities for our students.

Dr. Samuel has over 20 years of experience in student counseling and scholastic assessment. He leads sessions on parenting, teacher competency and student development. He contributes to the school through counseling, assessment and parent workshops.

Mr. Chandrashekar currently manages 80 schools and colleges. A graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, he contributes his ideas and collaborative practices to SWIS.

Mrs. Shobha is a trained and qualified family counselor who runs a company called ‘Open Doors’. She is also a transformational coach for youth. At SWIS, she conducts teacher counseling, organisational development, parent coaching and student life skills training.
