The 70 strong teaching faculty helps SWIS keep low class sizes, increased personal attention and teacher effectiveness. At interview stage every teacher goes through a tough screening process and is evaluated by an experienced educators panel. Only the best and most suitable candidates are hired. Teachers undergo rigourous subject matter and teaching skills training programs to continually improve their teaching abilities and subject matter expertise. The patented in-school teacher training program ‘RISE’ was recognised by the World Education Summit in 2016. In 2017, Willibrord, our founder and CEO (Chief Education Officer) won the Most Innovative Urban School Leader award for the same teacher training program ‘RISE’. The school faculty is accredited by ISLI and our teaching faculty have been certified by the Adhyayan Awards.
